The breakfast is a buffet, served from 7:30 until 10:00. The hour of free-flow wine is between 19:00 and 20:00 at any onsite bar. Once during your stay, you’ll get a free dinner. It will be a set menu, served between 19:00 and 22:00 and will also include wine, beer, and soft drinks. Furthermore, you’ll also receive a bottle of red wine in your room when you arrive and a welcome drink. The drink is served in the lobby and is either a glass of sparkling wine or an aromatic tea.
Your room is an Essential Room, measuring 30 m2, and offering a balcony, TV, and WiFi, among many other things. You can choose between a king bed or two single beds. Infants below the age of 2 can get a free cot.
The Hotel
The Kimpton Atlântico Algarve is a modern 5-star hotel with upscale rooms in a low-rise building, various restaurants, 3 outdoor pools, a spa with an indoor pool, and beach access. It was rebranded a couple of months ago as a Kimpton after being thoroughly renovated. Its gardens overlook the Algarve coast and the North Atlantic Ocean. Parking costs €10/night.
Previous guests have left very good reviews of the hotel (e.g. 4.5/5 on Google). Especially the recent reviews have been very good, with most bad reviews being 3+ years old – i.e. when it wasn’t a Kimpton yet. Almost every review since the reopening has been 5/5.

While LuxuryEscapes charges a fixed price of €104 per night (or €312 in total), including breakfast, the hotel charges more on its website. During our example dates in February, you would pay at €167 per night (=€501 for three nights), for a comparable rate including breakfast. This trend hold up for all early 2026 travel dates. For travel in November and December 2026, hotel rates are currently not accessible.
